As an Iranian, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the rich culinary traditions of my culture. The aromas of kebabs grilling, the tangy flavor of saffron-infused rice, and the comforting warmth of stews like Fesenjan and Ghormeh Sabzi, these are the tastes of home. But finding authentic Persian cuisine outside of Iran can often be a challenge.
